A quick and easy vegan lunch recipe.
If you are anything like me, you will prefer a quick and easy lunch. This recipe just requires multiseed bread, organic hummus, avocado and chai seeds.
- Toast 2 slices of your bread
- Spread the hummus onto the toasted slices up to the edges
- Dice 1 avocado and place onto each slice
- Finish by sprinkling a tsp of chai seeds over your avocado, bread and enjoy!
I am literally obsessed with avocado at the moment and find myself adding it to everything.
Avocado is high in healthy fats, full of nutrients (e.g. vitamin C and E), loaded with fibre, antioxidants, can be used as part of a healthy diet and is easy to incorporate into most, well every meal if you’re me. It helps that it is delicious to!
